Wishing Well

The Wylie Wishing Well Foundation grants the wishes of children and young adults from birth to 24 years of age who have been diagnosed with cancer. For infants or children who cannot make a wish for themselves, families are encouraged to apply.

Founded in 2012, the Wylie Wishing Well Foundation seeks to brighten the lives of children with cancer and their families by creating everlasting memories. Its goals are to help relieve the stress of coping with a cancer diagnosis and create happiness in the midst of a difficult situation.

Eligibility Criteria

Who can receive a wish?

The Wylie Wishing Well Foundation will grant wishes to children and young adults who are diagnosed with cancer from birth to 24 years of age. Verification of medical eligibility is required.

The Wylie Wishing Well Foundation grants wishes without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ethnic origin or economic status.

Who can refer for a wish?

The Wylie Wishing Well Foundation will accept referrals from anyone (Family Members, Friends, Medical Professionals, Potential Recipient, etc.)

What types of wishes will be granted?

The Wylie Wishing Well Foundation seeks to grant wishes that will improve the overall spiritual and emotional well-being of recipients. Wishes include but are not limited to trips, games, clothing items and/or meeting someone that may be significant to the recipient.
